NCM Vietnam Investments Limited is an exempted company incorporated in the British Virgin Islands. The Company has been established to invest in the rapidly growing real estate sector in Vietnam, focusing initially on development projects in the residential, office, industrial and retail segments in and around Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi.

The objective of the Company is to provide Shareholders with an attractive level of return achieved primarily through capital appreciation, but also through early distribution of profits where appropriate, for an acceptable level of risk.
